A MCCSA member who brings a non-member onto Merrill Creek Reservoir property for the purposes of hunting must obtain first a Guest Pass Application Form and a copy of the Guest Pass Regulations. This form must be completed, signed by both member and guest and returned to Merrill Creek Visitor Center before hunting. The member’s signature attests to witnessing the guest’s signature and that both are fully aware of all Guest Pass Regulations. The guest will be issued an identification button, vehicle tag, and Guest Pass Questionnaire. The guest, immediately after hunting, must return identification button, vehicle tag and questionnaire.
